The Avelons

Blending the swagger of classic British indie with a fresh, modern edge, Newcastle's The Avelons have quickly established themselves as one of the North East's most exciting emerging guitar bands. Fuelled by infectious hooks, anthemic songwriting and a reputation for high-energy live shows, the four-piece have built a loyal following through relentless gigging and an ever-evolving sound that fuses indie euphoria with alt-rock grit.

Their rise has earned early support from BBC Introducing, Radio X, Fresh On The Net, Amazing Radio, RGM and CLOUT, while sold-out hometown headline shows and standout performances at Isle Of Wight Festival, Y Not Festival and Stockton Calling have cemented their reputation as a must-see live act. Along the way, they've shared stages with the likes of The Clause, The Lilacs, Tom A. Smith, The Slates and The Covasettes, continuing to win over audiences with their raw energy and unmistakable chemistry.
