Terms of use
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
Version dated 7 October 2026.
1. Purpose and publisher
These terms govern the use of the MyCritik website and app, published by GreenRed, SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle), 38 rue de la Paix, 91200 Athis-Mons, France (see the legal notice).
MyCritik lets you read and post reviews and photos of concerts and shows, indicate the events you have attended or will attend, and interact with other audience members. The service is free of charge. Browsing is open to all. Photos, messages, notices and most contributions require an account whose email address has been confirmed; during the launch phase, a review can also be posted without an account, under the conditions set out in the review policy.
2. Registration
- Registration is restricted to persons aged 15 or over.
- You can register with an email address and a password, or with a Google or Facebook account. In the latter case, MyCritik receives only your name and your confirmed email address.
- Your username is public; your email address, date of birth and postcode never are.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Accounts created to manipulate ratings are deleted.
3. Published content
By posting a review, a photo, a notice or a message, you undertake to comply with the publication policy. In particular:
- a review relates to a performance you actually attended;
- you are the author of the photos you post and they do not show any identifiable person without their consent;
- no videos are accepted (why?);
- notices (lost items, found items) must not contain any contact details, name or photo of a third party. Contact takes place only through the internal messaging system; notices expire after 30 days.
You grant MyCritik, for as long as your content is published, a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display your content on the website, the mobile app and sharing previews (social networks, messaging services). You can delete your content at any time.
4. Artist area
An artist, their manager or their label can claim the artist’s page (“I’m the artist”). The claim is verified by the team before being accepted. The artist area makes it possible to complete the page, add dates, reply publicly to reviews and generate QR codes. It does not make it possible to edit or delete audience reviews. Any false claim results in the deletion of the account.
5. Moderation
MyCritik acts as a hosting provider. Content is filtered automatically (prohibited words, contact details, explicit photos detected on your phone), may be reviewed before publication and may be reported by any member. Every removal decision is reasoned and communicated to the author, who may challenge it by writing to sylvain@greenred.fr. An account may be suspended in the event of serious or repeated breaches.
6. Blocking and safety
You can block a member: you no longer see their content, and they can no longer write to you or send you a friend request. Harassment results in the suspension of the account.
7. Liability
Information about events comes from external sources (ticketing platforms, listings, open databases) and may contain errors (times, cancellations). Please check it with the organiser. Reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, who are solely responsible for them. MyCritik does not sell tickets.
8. Intellectual property
The MyCritik trade mark, logo, visual identity and editorial content belong to the publisher. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited. Data from open sources remains under its original licence (see the legal notice and the photo credits).
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and export your data at any time from the “My account” page (or “Profile” in the app). See the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. If they are amended, the new version is shown to you on your next visit and must be accepted for you to continue using your account. The date and version accepted are recorded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If you encounter a problem, please first write to sylvain@greenred.fr: we will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts; if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
