Parking at the 3Arena, Dublin - Point Square car park and tips

By The MyCritik editorial team · information checked on 15 October 2026 · 2 min read

The 3Arena sits at a dead end of the Docklands: the river on one side, the East Link toll bridge on the other, and one car park next door. Thirteen thousand people leaving at once through the same few junctions is why the venue itself tells you to come by public transport.

Point Square car park

The car park right by the arena belongs to Point Square (the shopping centre with the Odeon and the Gibson Hotel), not to the 3Arena. Its own page gives:

  • Eircode D01 E0K6
  • open 7am to midnight Monday to Saturday, 8am to midnight on Sunday
  • an evening rate of 25 euros (6pm to midnight) and a maximum daily rate of 35 euros
  • a 3Arena concert-night rate, bookable only through Ticketmaster, plus 12 EV charging points

Ticketmaster parking is listed at around 25 euros plus booking fee for six hours. Prices are "correct at time of posting" with no date, so check before you pay. Book ahead: the venue calls the space "limited", and on a sold-out night it goes early.

Mind the closing time. A show that ends at 11pm plus a slow exit gets close to midnight, so ask the car park what happens to cars still inside after it shuts.

Getting out after the show

The quays and East Wall Road clog up as soon as the house lights come on. The venue warns that show-night congestion "can delay your arrival and departure". Two habits help: arrive early and eat nearby (see where to eat near the 3Arena), and at the end, sit in the car for 20 minutes rather than queue at the barrier.

Honestly, unless you need the car, drive to a suburban Red Line stop instead and finish on the Luas. Our guide to getting to the 3Arena has the routes and last trams.

Disabled parking and drop-off

The 3Arena does not publish a Blue Badge or accessible parking arrangement on its site. Call 01 866 3400 or e-mail enquiry@3arena.ie before booking. A wheelchair user writing on Euan's Guide in 2025 found the nearby multi-storey had a 2 metre height limit, too low for their adapted vehicle. They were dropped off on the main road while their carer parked some way off. If your vehicle is tall, sort this out in advance.

Inside, lifts take you to the first-floor accessible seating. Wheelchairs are not allowed on the standing floor. See the best seats at the 3Arena for where to sit.
