Parking at the Eventim Apollo: what you need to know
By The MyCritik editorial team · information checked on 12 October 2026
Let us be clear from the start: the Eventim Apollo does not have a car park, and the venue itself advises customers not to drive and park in the surrounding streets, which are mostly residential. With a Tube station and a bus station directly opposite the venue, public transport is by far the simplest option. If you do need to drive, here is what to know.
No parking at the venue
According to the Eventim Apollo, the venue has no parking spaces. It also warns that theft from cars in the area is high, and advises against parking in the vicinity of the venue. Take that advice seriously, especially if you are leaving bags or equipment in the car.
Public car parks nearby
The nearest large public car park is the Livat Hammersmith car park (formerly the Kings Mall car park), on Glenthorne Road, W6 0LJ, a few minutes' walk from the Broadway. The Lyric Hammersmith, which recommends it to its own audiences, says it is open 24 hours, with disabled spaces on Levels 6 and 7. Leave by the Beadon Road exit to walk towards Hammersmith Broadway and Queen Caroline Street.
Parking apps such as JustPark also list private spaces and car parks around Hammersmith: check exactly where they are, and how far the walk is, before paying. We do not list prices: they vary by car park and time of day.
Drop-off point
There is a drop-off point outside the venue on Queen Caroline Street. It is the best option if someone is driving you there. At the end of the show the street is busy with people leaving; agree a precise pick-up spot in advance, ideally a short walk away from the entrance.
Leaving after the show
Hammersmith Broadway is one of west London's busiest road junctions, with a large one-way system. After the show, expect slow traffic around the gyratory, and plan your route out before you get back in the car.
Blue Badge parking
The Eventim Apollo has no dedicated parking, including for disabled visitors. It refers Blue Badge holders to Hammersmith & Fulham Council, which, according to the venue's access page:
- allows Blue Badge holders to park free of charge in shared-use bays when the badge is correctly displayed;
- provides Disabled Use bays;
- allows parking on a single yellow line for up to 3 hours.
Check the council's current rules and the signs on the street before leaving your car. The Stalls and the accessible platforms are step-free from the street, with a ramp at the entrance.
Is it worth driving?
Rarely. Hammersmith station (District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) and Hammersmith bus station are directly opposite or a short walk from the venue, and black cabs are available outside after the show. Driving mainly makes sense with a Blue Badge, or using the drop-off point.
