Where to eat near OVO Arena Wembley before a concert

Wembley Park has been largely rebuilt around the stadium and the arena, and it now has plenty of places to eat within a five-minute walk of the arena doors: a pub opposite the venue, chains along Olympic Way, a whole floor of restaurants at the London Designer Outlet and a street food hall at Boxpark. The challenge on a concert night is not choice but crowds, especially when the stadium is also in use.

Right by the arena

According to Wembley Park, The White Horse pub is directly opposite the arena, which makes it the obvious meeting point for a pre-show drink. Next door to the arena you will also find Estadio Lounge and the dessert café Haute Dolci.

Olympic Way

On Olympic Way, the pedestrian avenue between Wembley Park station and the stadium, Wembley Park lists Five Guys and Itsu: quick options if you are coming straight from the Tube.

London Designer Outlet: a full floor of restaurants

The London Designer Outlet, about 3 to 5 minutes' walk from the arena, has a whole floor of sit-down restaurants as well as shops and a cinema. Wembley Park lists, among others:

• Wagamama and Big Moe's;
• Nando's, Las Iguanas and Afrikana;
• PizzaExpress and Zizzi;
• Frankie & Benny's and TGI Fridays.

This is the easiest area for a sit-down meal with a group, but it fills up quickly on event nights.

Boxpark Wembley: street food and bars

Boxpark Wembley, about 5 minutes' walk away, is a street food and entertainment venue with a range of food traders, bars and live events. It is a good choice for a group that cannot agree on what to eat, and a lively spot for a drink after the show.
