Best seats at OVO Arena Wembley: standing floor and blocks
By The MyCritik editorial team · information checked on 12 October 2026
OVO Arena Wembley, known for decades as Wembley Arena, holds around 12,500 people. It is a long, rectangular hall rather than a round bowl: the stage is usually at one end, with a floor in front of it (standing or seated, depending on the show), tiered seating along both sides and a terrace at the far end. The best seat depends on how you want to experience the show.
Plans vary a lot from one event to another (standing or seated floor, size of the stage, blocks on sale): always check the plan shown by the ticket seller when you buy.
How the arena is laid out
The arena's own booking information describes the seating as follows:
- The standing floor, reached by 14 steps down from the main concourses. For seated shows, the floor is filled with seating blocks.
- Blocks A and B: on the floor, not raised, and other people may stand during the performance. They are also reached by 14 steps down.
- Blocks C and D: slightly raked, behind blocks A and B.
- Block E: the East Terrace, at the end of the arena, with high rows.
- Blocks N and S: the tiered side seating along the north and south sides. Even-numbered bays are in the lower tier, odd-numbered bays in the upper tier. These are also high rows.
The arena says that some seats may be sold as restricted view, in which case they are labelled as such.
The best seats for what you want
To be close to the artist
The standing floor, near the front, or blocks A and B for a seated show. Remember that A and B are not raised, so your view depends on the people in front of you.
To see the whole show
The lower tier of blocks N and S (even-numbered bays), on the part closest to the centre of the arena, or Block E facing the stage. You get some height to see the full production. The East Terrace is face-on but further from an end stage.
For the sound
Aim for the axis of the stage: the middle of the floor, a little in front of the sound desk, or Block E facing the stage. Side seats very close to the stage usually have a less balanced mix.
For a raised but close view
Blocks C and D, slightly raked and just behind A and B, give a little height while staying fairly close to the stage.
Seats to think twice about
- Block E and the upper bays of N and S if you struggle with steps or heights: the arena itself warns these are high rows.
- Side bays right next to the stage: the angle is strong and part of the staging may be hidden.
- Seats sold as restricted view: check the label on the plan.
- The back of the standing floor if you are short: it is flat.
Children
According to the arena, under-14s are not allowed on the standing floor, and 14 and 15-year-olds must be accompanied there. Check the age rules on each event page. A seat in a lower side bay or in Block E, near an aisle, is a comfortable choice with children.
Accessible seating
The arena has wheelchair spaces and seats for ambulant disabled guests, with spaces for a personal assistant. A public lift gives level access from the foyer doors to the wheelchair bays. Walking aids such as crutches and walking sticks are not allowed on the standing floor, for safety reasons. Access tickets are booked using the Access Card (Nimbus), which unlocks accessible ticket options with the arena's ticket seller, or through the arena's Accessible Booking Line (details on its accessibility page). An infrared hearing assistance system covers several blocks, with receivers to borrow from reception.
